The reasons for refusal are listed below.
Insufficient Content: Your site for AdSense can be approved and it can appear on more relevant ads when your pages have enough text so that our experts check this and Google's crawlers can determine the content of your pages.
Work through the following list of suggestions to solve the problem:

Make sure that your pages have enough text. We do not accept applications for websites that contain mostly images, videos or flash animations.

The Content should not only consist of headlines, but also contain complete sentences and paragraphs.

Ask before sending the AdSense application sure your site fully completed and is online. Do not send a request, as long as the site is still in beta status, it is still under construction or it merely consists of a site template.

You may place the ad code on a page on your site, which is available online. This need not be the main page. Test pages containing only the AdSense ad code, will not be approved.

Ask. A comprehensible navigation system ready so that you can find easily all areas and pages on your website for visitors

If you want to monetize your YouTube videos, apply to the YouTube monetization program. We give no place requests for blogs and sites that contain only video.
